The hotel had indeed an amazing location in the jungle. Moreover, it's not far from the beach side and the sea at night and beach clubs.

The location was favourable, within walking distance of Tulum Beach. Very amiable and extremely friendly people were working here.

Our stay at Roc Luxe was an absolute dream! The value for our money was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location, just steps from the beach, was perfect, and being able to see and hear the ocean from our bedroom was truly magical. The staff, especially the manager Morgane, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Can't wait to come back!

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement with more variety and options.

Wanted to explore Tulum and this hotel was handy base for doing it. We had a separate bedroom. Had a shower, hairdryers, and bathrobes in the bathroom. Helpful and amiable staff, provided useful info. Also, location was stunning and good, at a moderate distance from Tulum Beach.

Staying at this beachfront hotel was an experience like no other. The sound of the waves crashing onto the shore was therapeutic and it was amazing to see DJs come over to play music at the cabanas. The restaurant was great, with healthy breakfasts and tasty dishes. Rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful jungle views. The bathroom was big and tidy. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel and the fact that it was well-maintained.

The cocktails could use some improvement.

Great location for a business trip, just a short walk from the beach and close to local attractions. The breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The spacious and well-maintained rooms were a pleasure to come back to after a long day of meetings. The friendly and helpful staff made the experience even more enjoyable.

Although the hotel was functional and comfortable, there were a few areas that could be improved. The lack of certain basic facilities such as a TV and room service was a bit disappointing.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness that I found in all areas of the hotel, including the neatly kept rooms and the pool area. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I enjoyed having access to the refrigerators in my room to keep my drinks cold. The location of the hotel on the Tulum beach was also a plus, and the fact that there was always ample parking was beneficial. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making my stay here even better.

The location was prime, super close to Cenote Calavera and Cenote Crystal, where we went swimming and cliff-jumping. It was straight-up adrenaline rush! The vibes at the hotel were so on point, with the coolest pool parties and DJ sets. If you're a party animal, this is the place to be!

Honestly, the only thing we wished for was more late-night entertainment options. Don't get me wrong, the pool parties were lit, but it would have been extra awesome to have a dedicated dance floor or a nightclub at the hotel.

The complementary drinks and snacks were nice and the view from the pool was amazing. the location was great being right by the beach and in close proximity to local attractions. it was a nice experience but unfortunately, it wasn't a 5-star experience that I was expecting.

The room was noisy and I could hear everything from outside including trucks and other guests. The electricity was out during my check in and the WiFi signal was very weak the entire stay.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities fulfilled our needs for relaxation with the private facilities and spa center. The location advantage of the hotel provided us with easy beach access and a beautiful sun terrace to sunbathe on. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing touch and the delicious food at the restaurant made for a fulfilling experience.

The service at this hotel could be improved a bit as we experienced a minor issue with the in-room breakfast being delayed. this hotel is still a great option for those seeking a luxurious and exclusive experience with full body massages, foot massages, back massages, and head massages available for guests.
